Smoking-Chimney's News

Just a note to say that our latest movie, 'Am I Old Man Peterson?', our first work in a year, can be viewed here: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/

Make of it what you will; it's rather experimental, but I kinda like the idea.

Anyone wondering about SMASH!, I hope to one day make another - so hang in there!

Thanks :)

Just a little note about our latest movie, 'My Little Toasticles', on Newgrounds here.

It's basically a little movie featuring two pieces of toast critically looking at some of today's TV programmes. The first two featured are two we get over here in the U.K.; 'Cash In The Attic' and 'East Enders'; so the jokes may be a little British. I apologise if I am endeared to :) However, I put in a bit of an 'A-Team' parody in and a reference to 'Snakes On A Plane' for good measure.

It's not a major project, but I'm happy with it, and I've got some good reviews so I feel it's a job well done (I also got some ridiculously poor/slightly 'abusive' review... some fool).

I've also been working on my band's half-joke-half-serious rock album, and also making some comedy sketch/mock-documentary videos for YouTube under the name 'Stop Talking BS'. Here's a link to the YouTube page for the band, Atrioventricular, which also has these comedy videos on: linkety, linkety link!

New Release: 'My Little Toasticles'

Posted by Smoking-Chimney - July 23rd, 2007

Smoking Chimney Productions U.K. have been around now for 3 years, since July 2004. However, recently we have not produced much due to various other commitments, but this is set to change.

Firstly, let us deny the rumour that we had all died. That is untrue :)

Projects on the horizon include, './/uppercut ZERO', a turn-based fighting game, 'Elephant Game 4', an FPS sequel to the 2005 releases, 'BACON?: 3', the (planned) final installment of the 'BACON' trilogy and another full 'SMASH!' quiz show game (to be released in collaboration with Glaiel Gamer). These projects will take time, however I hope to get one finished over the summer.

Thanks and happy flashing!
